“The Engine Manufacturers Association today said it will drop its damaging lawsuit challenging California’s freight truck pollution standards, and that’s good news. Several members of the association – including Ford, GM, Honda and Cummins – had already publicly stated that they did not support this litigation.

“There is an urgent need, and also a huge opportunity, for all of us to work together to remove climate-destabilizing and health-damaging pollution from medium and heavy trucks, and to do so in a way that allows truckers to save money and grow well.” – paid jobs.
