Lubrication Specialties Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Blankenship to the position of Business Development Manager for LSI Chemical. LSI Chemical is an innovative manufacturer of high performance oil and fuel additives for the downstream production of oil, gasoline and diesel fuel. The position serves as primary support for international distributors authorized to sell LSI Chemical branded additives and Hot Shot’s Secret products overseas.

In this role, Blankenship will coordinate all LSI Chemical sales and marketing activities for LSI Chemical’s current 12 distributors in 9 countries, including Central America and Europe, and develop new strategies to increase distribution worldwide. global scale. She will also manage LSI Chemical’s trade show and conference calendar and coordinate all educational and promotional materials.

Blankenship has over 30 years of experience with nonprofits, corporations, professional associations, and public policy. Prior to the promotion, she served as LSI’s operations manager for the research and development department since December 2020. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and management from The Ohio State University, with a focus on strategic budgeting and management. financial management. Previously, he served as Director of Energy Policy and Sustainability and Director of Clean Energy Development and Sustainability for American Municipal Power (Columbus, Ohio) and Director of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Programs for Cinergy Corp in Cincinnati, Ohio.
