Alan. the agency made two new hires of key senior executives to support ambitious stimulus growth plans. Michael Richardspreviously at Unlimited, VCCP and Gray Leader, joined as Managing Director. Daniele Pulegapreviously Chief Creative Officer at McCann Group Worldwide, joined as Chief Creative Officer.

Laurence Grive joined the director roster of global entertainment company Alkemy X. Thrush has worked with top clients including McDonald’s, Honda, Subway, Adobe and Mastercard.

BAM strategy

Alex Rapoport, formerly an executive at FCB Health, has joined Bam Strategy with the aim of expanding the agency’s pharmaceutical portfolio. Rapoport will lead all healthcare and pharmaceutical media planning and activation strategy.


Kelly Rowntree was named Cactus’ new Chief Strategy Officer. Having worked with brands such as Sleep Number, Domino’s and Subaru, Rowntree will use his experience to drive the creative agency’s continued growth.


Promoted co:collective creative and strategic transformation enterprise Amanda Ginzburg as Chief Growth Officer, where she will drive the intentional growth of the company and brand, organization, culture and experience.


Damon Kaydo joined marketing and communications agency Cramer-Krasselt as senior vice president, executive director of media. Kaydo will lead all management duties for the Chicago and Milwaukee offices.

Deloitte Digital

Promoting Deloitte Digital Milton Correa and Jones Krahl to the US Co-Creative Leads for Brand Advertising, a newly created role focused on connecting the agency’s creative talent set.

Engine creation

matt rhodes has been named the new Chief Strategy Officer of Engine Creative. Formerly Head of Agency Strategy, Rhodes will strengthen the agency’s strategic skillset and strengthen collaboration with strategy teams in the areas of data, brand planning, communications and social capabilities and affecting.

Havas London

Former Managing Director and Partner of Lucky Generals James Fox joins Havas London as Chief Client Officer. He will be part of the agency’s management team and will work to develop the agency’s current client relationships while fostering the development of new business.

Mother London named Katie Elliott as the new CEO. Elliott has been with Mother since 2016, previously serving as new chief commercial officer and then promoted to head of new business. In this new role, she will ensure that the agency fosters a great work environment as well as great client relationships.


Vibhor Kapoor joined NextRoll as the new CMO for its D2C e-commerce division, AdRoll. A former executive at Adobe and Microsoft, Kapoor will launch a series of new products and offerings, accelerate customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


Husna Grimes joined purpose-built audience platform Permitive as VP of Global Privacy. Previously co-founder of privacy consultancy Pure Privacy, Grimes will lead Permutive’s privacy strategy, ensuring safe and trusted experiences for users.

Independent advertising agency Planet Propaganda named Shannon Stauff as director of business development. Stauff brings 20 years of agency experience at companies such as Twin Cities for Latitude, Preston Kelly and the Integer Group.


Tina McCarthy joined PMG as Managing Director of New York. With nearly two decades of experience managing clients for digital, traditional and experiential marketing, McCarthy will oversee a portfolio of client brands as well as the company’s regional presence.


Editor-in-Chief of Adweek Agencies and Brand Goals Communications Director of Martin Agency Doug Zanger joined independent B2B store SalientMG as senior vice president of brand, creative and content. In this new role, he will lead the agency’s industry and content professionals, positioning the company to grow its content and creative practice.

Emily Westgate joined Signal AI as Marketing Director. Previously Vice President of Marketing for Signal AI, Westgate will build her success by guiding the marketing vision and growth of the company.


Creative production company added Jian Luo (“Layla”) to its roster of directors, marketing its first U.S. performance. Layla’s work has earned her projects with clients such as Mercedes and Nescafé.

International production company Stink Films hired Vanessa Hernandez Vega to lead its new Mexico City office. As founding partner and executive producer of a local production company, Vega brings in-depth knowledge of local production and market.

Christian Baumann joined The Bloc, a leading healthcare creative agency, as its new Chief Creative Officer. In this new role, Bauman will work to lead an international team of creatives and foster a deep creative community across the globe.

Creative company The-Artery brought in creative visual effects and tech innovators Elad offer and Yuval Levy. The supply has played a key role in the development of brands such as Apple and Microsoft. Levy has contributed to many successful feature films, including The Other Guys and Crazy Stupid Love.

Sophie Belle joined full-service television commercial and content production agency Toast TV as Managing Director. Bell will focus on expanding partnerships, attracting more big brands and managing B2B and internal communications, and position the company at the forefront of sustainable video production.


Malaika Danovitz joined VIA as Creative Director. Danovitz has spent the past 20 years at McgarryBowen and Saatchi NY/Publicis Groupe. She will work within various teams of consumer goods clients to deliver creativity.

Wave Maker Canada

ryan weber has been named the new CEO of Wavemaker Canada. Previously chief revenue officer at iLobby, Webber will serve on the executive committee of GroupM Canada, representing Wavemaker’s Canadian operations.
